involved with NFTY and plans to

school. Being involved with the Jewish
community and keeping in touch with
the Detroit Jewish community , is espe-
cially important to him.
He is the son of Naomi and Mark
Krefman. The East Lansing High
junior has a brother Jay, 13, and a sis-
ter Tamra, 18. The family worships at
Shaarey Zedek, East Lansing.

Kellman-Schoenberg

Mr. and Mrs. Lester L. Schoenberg of
Boca Raton, Fla., and Mr. and Mrs.
Eli Kurtz of Sylvan Lake are delighted
to announce the engagement of their
children Carol Ellen to Dr. J. Adam
Keliman. Adam is also the son of the
late Dr. Milton Kellman.
Carol received her undergraduate
degree in communications from Syra-
cuse University and a master's in busi-

ness administration in marketing from
the University of Bridgeport, Conn.
Adam earned his undergraduate
degree from the University of Michi-
gan and hs
his medical degree from the
Chicago College of Osteopathic Med-
icine. He is practicing family medicine
in Livonia.
An October wedding is planned at
Temple Israel.
