learners to enhance
their Jewish knowl-
edge and spiritual
consciousness through
focused encounters with traditional top-

concept of Klal Yisrael by facilitating
community-based learning in which
Jewish adults learn with and from each
other across shul and denominational
lines.
Eilu v' Eilu publicizes its classes and
programs widely and has succeeded in
attracting students from all streams of
Judaism. Many participants in Eilu

Program goals for the new year
include:
* Secure funding to hire a program
director and underwrite special pro-
grams (such as day-
long study retreats,
early morning work-
place shiurim).
Develop a corn-
plementary role for
Eilu Eilu in the
existing and projected
community mix of
adult Jewish learning
opportunities.
* Expand the number of adults par-
ticipating in Eilu v' Eilu, with special
emphasis on those not yet connected to
the organized Jewish community.
" Design learning opportunities for
advanced students, seminar-style or oth-
erwise, so that dedicated adult learners
can continually enhance their knowl-
edge.
Raise the community's level of
commitment to lifelong Jewish learning
and its appreciation for what the
Conservative Movement has to offer in
this area.
