Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Public Admin-
istration, Communications, or related field. Two
years of experience in preparation of public c
relations writing, including press releases,
newsletters and speeches. Two years of related
experience in community work or public service
that demonstrates a proactive public service
attitude. Effective public speaking and commun-
ication skills. Ability to work well under deadline •
pressure. Working knowledge of word processing
software: Windows Word Perfect. At the time of
