Do you have an adorable child or
grandchild whose photo you would
like to see included in the Family
Album? We accept black-and-white or
color photographs of any size.
Before sending in a picture, please
note the following:
#1) All information must be typed
and include a phone number. Please
clearly mark the envelope Attention:
Family Album.
#2) If you would like your picture
returned, include a self-addressed,
stamped envelope.
#3) We will run the name, age and
city of residence of children, along
with names of parents, grandparents
and great-grandparents. You also may
mention the child's hobbies, school or
special personality traits. However, we
reserve the right to edit copy.
#4) Do not send in a photo of the
same child more than once a year.
#5) Please be patient! Because of
the volume of photographs, it can take
several weeks before yours appears.
Please do not call our offices to ask
when the picture will run.

steine of North Carolina. The girls, who were born in Beijing, were adopted by Sheri and Kate Whetten-Gold-
steine of North Carolina and are the grandchildren of Ray and Jenny Whetten and Herschel and Barbara Gold-
steine, and the great-grandchildren of Mary Nisker and Betty Creger of Southfield, who says, "The children's
Jewish upbringing and Chinese culture makes them doubly blessed. We're so glad to have them."
-Nathcm-, --- do you think you can make it all the way to the
hospital like that? This is adorable Nathan Mitchell Raine, 2,
giving hisTmom a ride around their patio. Nathan is the:son
of Heidi and Andy Rome of Bloomfield, and this picture was

Right: Oh, Cate Goldman, what a sweet little face you
have! Cate just turned 1, and her parents describe her as
"the most adorable, loveable, huggable, cuddly little baby
that two parents were ever blessed enough to receive!"
Cate, your parents, Lori Goreta and Howard Goldman of
Beverly Hills, say they are "breathlessly awaiting" your debut in

Isn't it greatto have a grandmother? She's the one
who will always let you have as many cookies as you
want and she never makes you go to bed at the
ridiculous hour of 9 p.m.! This lovely girl is Kayla
Sara Kapen, celebrating Israeli's 50th birthday with
