ZOA Names Balfour Chairs The Zionist Organization of America, Metro Detroit District, will mark its 65th annual Balfour Celebration Concert Wednesday, Oct. 7, at Detroit's Orchestra Hall. Dr. Lester Zeff has been appoint- ed chairman of the Balfour Celebration Committee with Aline Gonte Silver, serving as chair of the Lester Zeff Journal Committee. Johanna Gordon will serve as hon- orary Balfour chair and Ezekiel Leikin, executive vice president. Chairs of the Balfour Women's Committee are Anne Gonte Silver Anne Brand, Margaret Kaufman, Pauline Klein, Billie Kramer, Yvette Mandell and Anne Mann.
