David and Joyce (Baloga) Cohen of
Sewickley, Pa., have been blessed with
the birth of their second child, .a beauti-
ful daughter Isabelle Rose. Welcoming
his little sister home is proud big broth-
er, Timothy Adam. Sharing in this won-
derful occasion are grandparents Harvey
and Barbara Cohen of Farmington
Hills, Michael Baloga of Cinaminson,
N.J., and great-grandmother Roselee
Stoler. Isabelle Rose is also the grand-
child of the late Eileen Baloga. Isabelle
Rose is named for her paternal great-
grandmother Rose Cohen and great-
great grandmother Rose Stoler.
