nieces and nephew. She was the
beloved wife of the late Louis Schul-

vice Commissioner for the city of
Southfield and was given the key to
the city of Detroit by Mayor Mariani.
Mr. Sklar is survived by his wife,
Betty Sklar; daughter, Shelda Soble of
West Bloomfield; grandchildren,
Richard and Irene Soble, Melinda
"Mindy" Soble, Jeffrey and Elaine
Soble; great-grandchildren, Jennifer,
Sheryl, Alexander, Brian and Caroline
Soble; brother and sister-in-law, Walter
and Maida Sklar of Ohio. He was the
loving father-in-law of the late Dr.
Allen R. Soble.
