Lawrence Schlussel were recently
married at Adat Shalom Synagogue.
Rabbi Daniel Nevins and Cantor
Howard Glantz officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Har-
riet and Bob Jasgur of West Bloom-
field. The groom is the son of Jackie
Schlussel of West Bloomfield and
Bruce Schlussel of Farmington Hills.
Dana Jaffe, friend of the bride,
was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were
Renee Jasgur, Michelle Schlussel,
Cortney Jasgur, Jordyn Jasgur, Amy
Rosenblum, Sally Hooberman, Erika
Lusky, Karyn Moss, Jennifer Arkin
and Jennifer Hurvitz. Best man was
Stephen Schlussel, brother of the
groom. Groomsmen were Ron Jas-
gur, Steve Jasgur, Mark Simmer,
Craig Felhandler, Adam Chayet,
Aaron Jacobs and Mark Chamber-
lain. Taylor Jasgur, niece of the bride,
was the flower girl. Also participating
in the ceremony was Therese
Schulist, grandmother of the groom.
Following a honeymoon in
Hawaii, Becca and Todd reside in
Walled Lake.

Alisa Pollak and Gil Golan were
recently married at the Novi Dou-
bleTree. Rabbi Norman Roman of
Temple Kol Ami officiated. Marci
Shulman was the cantoral soloist.
Alisa is the daughter of Judie and
Steve Goren of Farmington Hills and
Sanford and Cheryl Pollak of Jack-
sonville, Fla. Gil is the son of Jor-
dana and Reuven Golan of West
Bloomfield.
Amy Klein was the maid of
honor. Bridesmaids were C.J. Pollak,
sister-in-law of the bride; Karen
Golan, sister of the groom; Beth
Cook, cousin of the bride; Jennifer
Rosen, Elisa Zabel and Stephanie
Savransky. Ariel Ziv was the flower
girl. Oren Golan, brother of the
groom, was the best man. Grooms-
men were Jason Pollak, Bryan Pollak,
brothers of the bride; Lorne
Dubrowsky, Michael Brown and
Todd Adelson. Also participating in
the ceremony were Alisa and Gil's
grandparents Mollie and Leo Man-
dell, Sylvia Pollak, Miriam Baron
and Zwi and Getri Golinborski.
Following a honeymoon in Aruba,
the couple reside in Farmington
Hills.
