mudic tractate on ritual slaughter, the
Benjamins invited them over for a

For Passover, there's an offering of
the lamb, so Mr. Benjamin always
brings in a lamb for the kids to see,"

few classes each year over for nature
lessons. The Benjamins are very
accommodating to the school."
In farming, as in the rest of their
lives, the Benjamins rigorously follow
guidelines set forth in the Torah and
Talmud. Brian recently completed
training in shechita (ritual slaughter),
enabling him to prepare kosher meat
