t was an afternoon of fun, music and
children dancing everywhere when
everybody's favorite uncle, Uncle
Moishy, came to town for Yeshivat Darchei
Torah's eighth annual summer concert.
Held at Berkley High School, the concert
was organized by Yitzchok and Chanita
Wiener. The program began with one of
Uncle Moishy's fabulous mitzvah men per-
forming magic tricks. The crowd went wild
Uncle Moishy himself took center stage,
singing his famous, "Hey, Dum Diddley
Dum."
Oscar the Grouch of "Sesame Street" fame

Chaim Mordechai Eisemann, 3, was looking really
sharp for the big outing.

made an appearance, and even managed
a smile when Uncle Moishy explained that
God wants Jews not just to perform mitzvot,

what they were enjoying most about the con-

Yisroel Forta, 5-1/2, attends
kindergarten at Ganeinu. His
favorite Uncle Moishy song tells
about the importance of good
manners.

Rena Jacobovitz, who is in
kindergarten at Akiva Hebrew
Day School, came to see Uncle
Moishy for a special reason: the
concert was the same day as her
6th birthday!

cr

Dovid Silver, 11, is a student at
Darchei Torah and he loves
Uncle Moishy's, "Hey, Dum Did-
dley Dum."

Shiro Baila Massey, 3-1/2, came to the concert with her brothers Aaron Shalom, 5, Yaakov, 8, and
Yonah, 6. The Yeshiva Beth Yehuda boys loved the song about good manners.

Esther Baila Rothenberg, 10,
attends Darchei Torah. She liked
all the magic tricks in the show.
