Bloomfield. The groom is the son of
Susan and David Bailog of Chicago.
The maid of honor was longtime
friend Lisa Joseph. The matron of
honor was the bride's sister Ronna
Chabot of Florida; the bridesmaid was
the groom's sister Heather Ballog of
Chicago. The best man was Andrew
Bailog, the groom's uncle. Also partici-
pating in the ceremony were brother
of the bride David Garfinkel of Cali-
fornia, and Adam Horvath, the
groom's cousin.
Following their honeymoon in
Florida, the couple now reside in
Dearborn.

Alisa Pollak and Gil Golan were
recently married at the Novi Double-
Tree. Rabbi Norman Roman of Tem-
ple Kol_Ami officiated. Marci Shul-
man was the cantorial soloist.
Alisa is the daughter of Judie and
Steve Goren of Farmington Hills and
Sanford and Cheryl Pollak of Jack-
sonville, Fla. Gil is the son of Jordana
and Reuven Golan of West Bloom-
field.
Amy Klein was the maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were C.J. Pollak, sister-in-
law of the bride; Karen Golan, sister
of the groom; Beth Cook, cousin of
the bride; Jennifer Rosen, Elisa Zabel
and Stephanie Savransky. Ariel Ziv
was the flower girl. Oren Golan,
brother of the groom, was the best
man. Groomsmen were Jason Pollack,
Bryan Pollak, brothers of the bride,
Lorne Dubrowsky, Michael Brown
and Todd Adelson. Also participating
in the ceremony were Alisa and Gil's
grandparents Mollie and Leo Mandell,
Sylvia Pollak, Miriam Baron and Zwi
and Getri Golinborski.
Following a honeymoon in Aruba,
the couple reside in Farmington Hills.

Shanbaum Margolis

Rochelle Shanbaum and Robbie Mar-
golis were recently married at the

Ramada Hotel in Southfield. Rabbi
Chaim Moshe Bergstein officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Murray
and Barbara Shanbaum of Windsor,
Ontario, Canada. The groom is the son
of Harry and Connie Margolis of Oak
Park.
Maid of honor was Debbie Gold-
man. Bridesmaids were sisters-in-law of
the groom: Lynn Margolis, Julie Margo-
lis, Debbie Margolis and Amy Margolis.
The best man was Sandy Margolis,
brother of the groom. Groomsmen
were Elliott, Joel, Fred, brothers of the
groom; and David and Joe, brothers of
the bride. The flower girl was Alexandra
Edelstein. The ring bearer was Bradley
Margolis, nephew of the groom.
Also participating in the ceremony
was the bride's grandmother Fanny
Shanbaum and Nasonel Carmen, friend ---/\
of the groom.
Following the wedding, the couple
live in Oak Park.
