n Tuesday, the board of the
Jewish Federation of Metro-
politan Detroit meets. It
won't be discussing the pro-
posed expansion of the Holocaust
Memorial Center — again.
Rabbi Charles Rosenzveig, director
of the HMC, doesn't want to talk
about the delay.
