Vhen so sorry is not enough

NORMAN BERLIN, 76, of South-

field, died June 4.
He is survived by his wife, Mary
Berlin; sons and daughter-in-law,
Marc and Marci Berlin of Farming-
ton Hills, Howard Berlin of South-
field; daughter and son-in-law,
Cheryl and Thomas Arlow of South-
field; brother and sister-in-law, Harry
and Helen Berlin of Southfield; sis-
ters and brother-in-law, Susie Chesla
of West Bloomfield, Rose and Albert
Racimore of Toronto, Ontario,
Canada; grandchildren, Eric Berlin,
Zachary Berlin, Rachel Berlin.
Contributions may be made to a
charity of one's choice. Services and
interment were held at Hebrew
Memorial Park. Arrangements by
Hebrew Memorial Chapel.

MARION COOPER, 75, formerly

of Farmington Hills of Lake Worth,
Fla., died May 29. Before her retire-
ment, she was employed by Ester
and Estelle's.
She is survived by her husband,
Herbert; son, Brent; daughter and
son-in-law, Elyce and Harry Purcell.
Interment at Eternal Light in
Boynton Beach, Fla. Contributions
may be made to a charity of one's

MARY LOU DODGE, 66, of

Emery of Farmington Hills; grand-
children, Lisa and Todd Elkin, Jer-
rold and Melisa Emery; brother and
sister-in-law, David and Sadie Mills

H. ARTHUR FELDMAN, 82, of
Clinton Township, died June 1. He
was a municipal judge in Mt.
Clemens. On his retirement, he
became assistant prosecuting attor-
ney for Macomb County.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia
Feldman; sons and daughters-in-law,
David and Donna Feldman of
Southfield, Howard and Eilleen
Martell Feldman of London, Eng-
land, Mark Feldman of New York,
New York; sister, Eleanore Keyes of
Royal Oak; grandchildren, Sara,
Moshe, Jonathan, Tzvi, Yitzchok,
Chaya, Rebecca, Leah, Kayla.

Beth Tephilath Moses Cemetery in
Roseville. Services held at Beth
Moses Synagogue. Arrangements by

Frazer of Phoenix; grandchildren,
Douglas and Karen Frazer, Thomas
Frazer; great-grandchildren, Nathan
and Jacob. Mrs. Frazer was the
beloved wife of the late John Frazer.

EDYTHE EMERY, 73, of Oak Park,

ALICE LEVIN HASSEN, former

died June 2. For 38 years, Mrs.
Emery was an office manager at
Cadillac Body Service in Detroit.
She was also a member of B'nai
B'rith.
Mrs. Emery is survived by her
husband, Joe Emery; daughter, Cheri
Emery of Southfield; son and daugh-
ter-in-law, Dr. Allan and Geraldine

Detroiter of Boca Raton, Fla., died
May 30.
She is survived by her children,
David Hassen of Seattle, Wash.,
Andrienne Hassen of Southfield; sis-
ters and brother-in-law, Faye and
Norman Emmer of Miami, Fla.,
Mollie Grushoff of Boca Raton. She
was the wife of the late Nate Hassen;
