Add about 1 tsp. minced garlic, 1 tsp. Kosher salt and 1-2 tsp. herbs and 2 Tbsp. cheese. Toss a couple of handfuls of •\_\ bread in the mixture and remove them quickly to a cookie sheet. Do not worry if not all the bread is coat- ed and if the herbs and garlic don't seem to be sticking to the bread.
