She's also grandmother extraordinaire.
Every Wednesday, she picks up Craig's
8-month-old son for a day of "just
hanging out ... for grandma and
grandson." Erlich says she now feels
comfortable enough with the business
to phase herself out of the daily opera-
tions. ❑
