Even the sourdough rolls, with Tom spending so much time at the baker's /— side in Warren, were shaped to resem- ble a surfboard. The biggie affair and pre-gala a week prior at the home of Tim and Cindy were coordinated by Tom and Diane, who have received national notoriety as the caterers who put together the huge party at Detroit's Viper plant. Some 450 employees of the Schoenith's Roostertail Catering worked the shindig ... Of the total, 200 volunteered their services ...
