t least 100 people flocked to
the Southfield home of
Rosie and Mark
Schlussel on
April 23 for "A Taste of
Shabbat: Food, wine and
friends," a program of the
Rekindling Shabbat Young
Adult Task Force.
Participants munched
on delicious samples of
meat and vegetarian cui-
sine, prepared and presented by area
kosher caterers, including Jewel

Kosher Catering, Unique Kosher
Catering, Sperber's Kosher Catering,
Jeff Rosenberg Kosher
Catering and Meyer S.
Cohen Catering. The event
also featured kosher wines
and desserts from Zeman's.
The program, which
attracted a diverse cross-
section of the young adult
Jewish community, was co-
hosted by Eric Bronstein,
Jessica Kwartowitz and Karen Gordon.
