Michelle received her bachelor of arts
degree in advertising from Michigan
State University and is employed as an
assistant circulation manager at Crain
Communications.
Eric received his bachelor of arts
degree in communications from the
Ohio State University and is an account
executive in the New Media Division of
Detroit Newspapers.
A September wedding is planned at
Temple Israel.

Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Rautbort of West
Bloomfield and Mr. and Mrs. Norman
Block of Bloomfield Hills are thrilled to
announce the engagement of their chil-
dren Stacey Lynn Rautbort and
Jonathan David Block.
Stacey earned her bachelor of arts
degree in psychology from the Univer-
sity of Michigan and her master of
clinical social work degree with honors

and flower girl. Also participating in tl-
ceremony were grandparents Hyman
Goodman, Herman and Roslyn Kauf-
man and Rebecca Green and great-aunt
Marion Nusbaum.
Following a Western Caribbean hon-
eymoon cruise, the couple reside in Flo-
rence, S.C.

Stacey is employed as a certified clini-
cal social worker with Jewish Family
Service in Southfield and is an adjunct
professor at the University of Michi-
gan Graduate School of Social Work
in Ann Arbor. Stacey is also affiliated
with the Oakland County Family
Court SMILE program.
Jonathan earned his bachelor of arts
degree in political science from the Uni-
versity of Michigan and in May will
receive his juris doctor from Wayne
State University where he is an assistant
editor of the Wayne Law Review.
Jonathan has accepted a position with
the law firm of Honigman, Miller,
Schwartz and Cohn in Detroit.
The Rautbort and Block families
excitedly await the August wedding.

Andrea Michelle Fogel and David
Manny Green were recently married at
Southfield Raddison Hotel. Rabbi Josh
Bennett of Temple Israel and Rabbi
Francine Roston, sister of the groom,
officiated.
Andrea is the daughter of Dennis and
Cheryl Fogel of West Bloomfield. David
is the son of Sheldon and Charlene
Green of Farmington Hills.
DeAnna Granitz, sister of the bride,
was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids
were Danielle Siegel and Rabbi Francine
Roston, sisters of'the groom, Jennifer
Kahn and Jennifer Norton.
The best man was Chris Gaunce,
longtime friend of the groom. Grooms-
men included Barry Fogel, brother of
the bride; Steven Granitz, cousin of the
groom and brother-in-law of the bride;
BJ Siegel and Mark Roston, brothers-in-
law of the groom; and Ross Green,
cousin of the groom.
Adam and Hannah Greenberg,
cousins of the bride, were the ringbearer

Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Abrams of 0
Park recently celebrated their 50th wed-
ding anniversary. To commemorate this
occasion, they hosted a party for family
and friends at Andiamo's West in
Bloomfield Hills. Their children, Susan
and Paul Weinstock, Henry and Wendy
Abrams, and Michael and Julie Abrams,
along with their grandchildren, Jamie,
Jordyn, Kathryn, Tony, Jessica, Samuel,
and Benjamin, honored them by pro-
ducing a video of their lives together
and also with the establishment of the
Shirley and Raymond Abrams Youth
Group Recreational Fund at Temple
Beth El.

Hunger Relief

Hunger relief in metro Detroit has
a new, visible symbol, thanks to a
donation from automotive detailei-
Tim Creson and Forgotten Harvest.
Creson, of Harper Woods, came up
with the idea of a custom painted
van.
