Settles Claim
New York (JTA) — A Swiss bank set-

/-- The terms of the settlement between
Credit Suisse and 71-year-old Estelle
Sapir do not permit disclosure of the
amount, the lawyer added. The settle-

of the U.S. Senate Banking Committee.
D'Amato has been one of the harshest
critics of Switzerland's financial dealings
d uring World War II.
