Activities Set

The second annual Marx AZA Mon-
ster Cheese Puff Night will be held
9:15 p.m. Saturday, May 2, at the
Kahn Jewish Community Center in
West Bloomfield. The evening pro-
gram will include a dance and hyp-
notist. There will be an admission
charge. All BBYO members and
friends are welcome to attend.
The BBYO Adviser Group will
hold its last meeting of the program
year 10 a.m. Sunday, May 3, at the
BBYO Chapter Service Center.
The AZA and BBG Council
meetings will be 7 p.m. Tuesday,
May 5, at the Kahn JCC. Declara-
tions and nominations of regional
officers for the 1998-99 year will
continue to be accepted during this
meeting. The elections will be held
on Sunday, May 10, during the Elec-
tion Training Conclave at Camp
Maas.
Detroit Teen Connection will go
to the Red Oaks Sports Village in
Madison Heights for go-carting,
miniature golf, batting cages and
mini-basketball, Sunday, May 17.
The bus will leave the Kahn JCC
at 1:30 p.m. and leave the JPM
branch of the JCC at 1:50 p.m.
The participants will return at 4:50
p.m. to JPM branch and return to
the Kahn JCC at 5:15 p.m. All nec-
essary equipment will be provided.
The fee for this program is $20 for
members and $25 for first time
guests. The deadline to register is
Friday, May 8. Detroit Teen Connec-
tion is open to all seventh and
eighth-graders.
