ANNA RASHKANSKY, 76, of Oak
Park, died April 26.
She is survived by her son, Semy-
on Rashkansky of Oak Park. Mrs.
Rashkansky was the beloved wife of
the late Ilya Rashkansky.
Services and interment were held
at Hebrew Memorial Park. Arrange-
ments by Hebrew Memorial Chapel.

BENJAMIN ROGGIN, 80, of
Southfield, died April 22. His first
job was selling insurance for a com-
pany in Detroit; he went on to
become the founder and owner of
Roggin Insurance Agency in Farm-
ington Hills. He served in the Army
during World War II.
Mr. Roggin is survived by his
wife, Lillian Roggin; daughters and
son-in-law, Sandra Robinson of
Southfield, Deb and Angelo Proen of
Royal Oak. He was the loving father
of the late Bruce Roggin.
Interment at Machpelah Ceme-
ry. Contributions may be made to
the Karmanos Cancer Institute Hos-
pice, 24601 Northwestern Highway,
Southfield, MI 48075. Arrangements
by the Ira Kaufman Chapel.

THUR SAKSTEIN, 77, of Lon-
don, England, died April 19.
He is survived by his wife, Stella
stein; daughters and sons-in-law,
Susan and John Levy of London,
uth and Ron Crick of London;
brothers and sisters-in-law, Gerald
nd Francis Sakstein of London; sis-
er, Ida Gottesman of Oak Park; five
randchildren; many loving nieces
nd nephews. Mr. Sakstein was the
oving brother-in-law of the late Syd-
ey Gottesman.
