His first job was selling insurance for a com- pany in Detroit; he went on to become the founder and owner of Roggin Insurance Agency in Farm- ington Hills. He served in the Army during World War II. Mr. Roggin is survived by his wife, Lillian Roggin; daughters and son-in-law, Sandra Robinson of Southfield, Deb and Angelo Proen of Royal Oak. He was the loving father of the late Bruce Roggin.
