M. Fisher Federation Building. Dr. Waltzer will speak on "East European Jews in Detroit, 1890-1920s: Becoming Ethnic Americans." Professor of history and director of the Center for Interative Studies in the Arts and Humanities at Michigan State Universi- ty, Professor Waltzer has taught at MSU's James Madison College for 25 years.
