the Jewish Education Loan Service
(JELS) and additional financial aid
options for college students 7 p.m.

JELS Coordinator Marvin Berman
will discuss how to apply for an inter-
est-free loan offered through JELS.
JELS is open to metro Detroit area
Jewish residents and is administered
through JVS, Hebrew Free Loan

will address the availability of financial
assistance through state, federal, insti-
tutional and private sources. Although

The Hebrew Day School (HDS) of
Ann Arbor will hold an information
night for Gan (kindergarten) 8-9 p.m.
Thursday, April 23, to recruit for the
1998/99 academic year. The school
offers a Hebrew language immersion
program in grades 1-5.
HDS is an elementary school,
kindergarten through fifth grade, offer-
ing a dual curriculum of general stud-
ies, and Hebrew language and Judaica.
