She is the daughter of Howard and Patti Taxe, the sister of Jeff, the grand- daughter of Doris Taxe and the late George Taxe, Jason Seale and the late Esther Seale. Emily attends Bloomfield Hills Middle School where she partici- pates in volleyball and basketball. She also plays soccer for a premier soc- cer team. When Emily isn't on the field, she can be found in forensics or in upcoming school plays. Her mitz- vah projects included working at a children's day camp and delivering lap pads to senior citizens at area nursing homes. Lindsey Weinberger Lindsey Dara Weinberger will be called to the Torah as a bat mitzvah on Saturday, April 4, at Con- gregation B'nai Moshe. Lindsey is the daughter of Leslie and Howard Weinberger. She is the sister of Jessica and Leonard Wein- berger. Lindsey is the granddaughter of Gita Weinberger and of Shirley Sabo. She also is the granddaughter of the late Paul J.Sabo and of the late Leonard Weinberger. Lindsey is an honor student at Abbott Middle School. Some of Lindsey's interests include dancing, singing, listening to music and play- ing softball. Katherine Bonin Katherine Elizabeth Bonin will be called to the Torah as a bat mitzvah at Temple Israel during Havdalah services on Satur- day, April 4. She is the daughter of Susan and Dr. Andrew Bonin, sister of Heather and grandchild of Belle and Jack Bonin and the late Kay and Bert Poepping. Attending West Hills Middle School, Katie is interested in danc- ing, acting, singing, skiing, soccer and swimming. For mitzvah projects, she created dolls to be given to chil- dren in local hospitals and donated funds to Hadassah Hospital. D—<
