Yad Ezra
Pesach Food

Yad Ezra and the Moies Chetim Orga-
nization of Detroit will join forces to
distribute Passover food packages to
needy Jewish families.
Every family will receive a package
containing chicken, matzah, soup mix,
grape juice, gefilte fish, eggs, horserad-
ish, coffee cake mix, matzah meal, mac-
aroons, produce and other items specifi-
cally for use on the holiday.
The Agency for Jewish Education has
donated Passover guides and Hagaddot
printed in English and Russian that will
be given to the clients when they pick
up their food packages. Ann Newman
and the Frank W. Kerr Company
donated the boxes and Eugene Sherizen
and Lighting Supply Company helped
with the logistics for this project.
A core of more than 60 volunteers
will help package and distribute the
food on April 5 and 6.
