Rabbi Rod Glogower will present a rab-
binic text study session on the issue of
age discrimination in hiring and firing
10:30 a.m.-noon Tuesday, March 17, at
the Kahn JCC in West Bloomfield. The
session is part of "RSVP: Rabbinic
Sources, Visionary Perspectives," a 12-
week text seminar for adult learners.
New students are welcome to join
the class, which is for intermediate-
advanced students with some text study
experience. Upcoming session dates are
March 17, 24, 31, April 21, 28, May 5,
and 12. Tuition is $10 per session for
members of B'nai Moshe and the JCC;
$12 per session for others. Enrollment
is for a minimum of four sessions,
except that students may also register
for a special one-time pre-Passover
study session to be held on March 31.

Woman's World

Plans are underway for Woman's World
'98, the Congregation Shaarey Zedek
Sisterhood annual fund-raiser.
The day-long event, scheduled for
May 6, will begin with a continental
breakfast and boutique shopping and
conclude with lunch and a fashion
show by the Somerset Collection.
Brenda Glickman and Ronna Ross,
vice presidents of fund-raising, will head
the event. Working with them are com-
mittee chairs: Debbie Balkin, treasurer;
Bobbi Borman, set-up; Rhea Brody,
Florida patrons; Jackie Elkus, patrons;
