in January, Mr. Sklar was the Oakland
County managing editor for the Eccentric
Newspapers. He also was
a reporter for the Eccentrics
and editor of the Farmington
Observer. As an assistant
managing editor, he super-
vised special sections,
regional pages and the arts
sections of the Eccentric
Newspapers. Mr. Sklar will
speak on "The Jewish News—A Vital Re-
source for Detroit's Jewish Community."
