He is survived by his wife, Freda; daughter, Cynthia Mandelbaum of West Bloomfield; brothers and sisters- in-law, Myer and Alice Mandelbaum of Oak Park, Ben and Dolly Mandell of Southfield, A. LESLIE MANN, 96, former Detroiter of Tucson, Ariz., died Feb. 23. He was born in London, England; he emigrat- ed in 1920. As a kosher cook on the c—/ ship Homeric, he made two trips before deciding to remain in New York City. He got a job with the Cadillac Motor Company and was relocated to Detroit. After leaving Cadillac, he operated Leslie Mann Oldsmobile on Wood- ward. He went on to own and operate a company that rebuilt precision equip- ment for the automobile industry. He retired to Tucson in 1974. At age 93, C,=,' he acquired a patent for a supercharger he designed for the automobile indus- try. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Larry and Virginia Mann of Fluente, Ariz.; daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Sy Mann
