He was a Navy veteran and was stationed in Japan for 27 months. He was also a member of the Dental Association, FelloW of Academy of General Den- tistry, member of "Weak Signals," a Toledo model airplane club and a member of the American Modelers Association. BERNARD DEUTCHMAN, 79, of Beachwood, Ohio, died March 1. He was a partner in Deutchman and Asso- ciates, a home, apartment and com- mercial construction firm. He was a 60-year member of Carpenters Union Local 21. During World War II, Mr. Deutchman served as a master sergeant in the 340th Army Corps of Engi- neers, building bridges in the Philip- pines and working on the Alcan High- way in Alaska.
