The Cincinnati Children's
Hospital Medical Center recently
conducted a study among 500
adolescents. The subject: dinner.
Researchers found that teens who
ate at least five meals a week with

their families were less likely to use
drugs and be depressed, and
were more likely to do well in
school and have good relation
ships with peers than teens who
had dinner with their parents three
times a week.
