SMALL BUSINESS LOANS Purim Comes To Beth El The celebration of Purim will begin 9:30 a.m. Saturday, March 7, at Temple Beth El. Children and parents attending Tot Shabbat will mark the holiday with special activities at an oneg following the service. Tot Shabbat, a monthly half-hour service especially for children ages 2 1/2 to 7, introduces Shabbat to youngsters in a warm, informal atmos- phere. The service is open to the com- munity. The celebration will continue 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, with a cre- ative costume parade and Purim buffet dinner. Kids of all ages, as well as par- ents and grandparents, are encouraged to come creatively dressed for the event. At 7 p.m., there will be a megillah read- ing in the sanctuary and the Famous Family Circle Players annual spoof; this year's theme is "An Andrew Lloyd Webber Purim." Joining in the fun will be the TBE Children's Choirs. Services will be followed by a "Fabulous Hamantaschen Oneg." The celebration will culminate 11:30 a.m. Sunday, March 15, in the annual Purim Carnival sponsored by the Young People's Society. The event will feature games, food, fun and prizes.
