Weddings

is the son of Rabbi David and Alicia
Nelson of Southfield.
Hama Naftalin, sister of the bride,
was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were
Elaine Barrington, Rebecca Fenton,
Teri Naftalin, Debra Nelson and
Reva Nelson, sisters of the groom,
and Renee Shpall. The flower girl was
Allison Rhodes, the groom's cousin.
Daniel Widawsky was the best
man. The groomsmen included
Michael Burkhardt, Adam Naftalin,
Howie Naftalin, Lenny Naftalin,
brothers of the bride, Jesse Raben, Jon
Sheperd, and Aaron Tam. Ringbearer
was Daniel Fenton, the bride's cousin.
Ethan Naftalin, the bride's nephew,
also walked down the aisle.
Also participating in the ceremony
were Dr. Albert C. Rhodes, grandfa-
ther of the groom; Fay Feigl, Dr.
Arnold and Dorothy Naftalin, grand-
parents of the bride.
Harry and Dorit reside in
Chicago. Dorit works in the public
policy department of the American
Academy of Pediatrics. Harry is an
attorney for Butler, Rubin, Saltarelli
and Boyd.

The best man was Tom Satawa,
brother of the groom. Groomsmen
were Scott and Andy Vicary, Dr.
Michael Vetowich, cousins of the
groom, Paul Taira, Jeff Gee, Ken
Gordon and Chris Coyle. The ring-
bearer was David Attenson.
Also participating in the ceremony
were the bride's grandparents Ethel
and Seymour Shapiro, Mimi and Al A
Kirsch and Mary Pudlo, grandmotheIl
of the groom.
After the reception at the Ritz-
Carlton Dearborn, the couple honey-
mooned in Hawaii.

Siegel 50th

Phyllis and Julius Siegel of Southfiel
and Sunrise, Fla., recently celebrated
their 50th wedding anniversary. The
Siegels have a son, Howard, of
Hartford, Conn., and a son, Ronald
of Boca Raton, Fla. They have one
grandson, Adam.

Lisa Beth Kirsch and Mark Allen
Satawa recently were married at
Congregation Shaarey Zedek. Rabbi
Irwin Groner, Cantor Chaim Najman
and Cantor Sidney Rube officiated.
Lisa is the daughter of Ellen and
David Kirsch of West Bloomfield.
Mark is the son of Mary and Tom
Satawa of Highland.
Wendy Kirsch, sister of the bride,
was maid of honor. Alyse Attenson
was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids
were Eileen Grabowski, Elaine Kusel,
Suzanne Robinson, Lisa Goldstein,
Pam Labadie andJodi Satawa. Mollie
Attenson was the flower girl.

Betty and Zang Garber recently cele-
brated their 65th wedding anniver-
sary Sharing in their simchah are
their children, Anita and Cliff
Rogers, Maddie.and Sid Forbes, Joan
and Mickey Erman, their seven
grandchildren and their spouses, and
12 great-grandchildren.
