JACOBS, 51, formerly of Farmington Hills of Bridgewater, N.J., died Jan. 31. He earned a bache- lor's degree at Ferris State College and a master's degree at Wayne State University. He was a manager for Lucent Technologies in Warren, N.J. He had been with AT&T for 28 years. He was a member of Bridgewater's Temple Shalom Men's Club and a supporter of City of Hope.
