Melava Malkah

Young Israel of Southfield will hold
a melava malkah 8:30 p.m. Saturday,
Feb. 14, in the community room of
the congregation.
The program for the evening is a
panel on Jewish life in countries of
the Southern Hemisphere. The panel
will consist of: Stuart Solway, Kenya;
Estela Burman, Bolivia; Ruthie
Wolkinson, Peru; and Dr. Martin
Tobi, South Africa.
Each of the panelists has. lived in
these countries. Each will describe
Jewish life, the interaction between
Jews and the general population.
There will be a charge of $18 per
