will be the opening many folks have
been waiting for .. The Ernest Larco's
Italian restaurant in Orchard Mall on
Orchard Lake Road, just north of
Maple.
Items on the menu will be a combi-
nation of Larco's Inn and Lelli's Inn
traditional favorites .. at affordable
prices for complete dinners ... Seating
is for 240, with Ernest Larco's a seven-
day-a-week operation.
CONSIDERED AMONG the
most beautiful dining spots around,
living again under another name, it is
bringing new life to the east side.
Eddie Pawl's Chop House, formerly
Arriva Ristorante, has been drawing
good comments for its food, presenta-
tion and nightly entertainment within
the glamorous setting.
Eddie is a restaurant man with over
40 years in the game, and noted also
for his saxophone styles ... He and son
Stephen make a good combination as
hosts ... and with John Ausilio, a win-
ning team.
The entertainment goes on every
evening except Monday ... Song stylist
Sandra Bomar is Wednesday, Friday
and Saturday; opera night Tuesdays;
cigar and martini night Wednesdays;
Latino dance night Thursdays.
Plans also in the works at the popu-
lar former Arriva include name enter-

Carnevale, Wednesday, Feb. 18, on

for Sunday, Feb. 8, by Fleetwood on
