University and a juris doctor degree
from University of Detroit Mercy
School of Law. Mr. Richter received
his bachelor of business administra-
tion from Georgia Southern
University and a master's degree in
international business from American
Graduate School of International
Management in Arizona.
The couple currently reside in Los
Altos, Calif. A March wedding is
planned in St. Pete Beach, Fla.

daughter Carla Anne to Lieutenant
Geoffrey Dale Kuhlmann, son of Mr.
and Mrs. David Kuhlmann of
Arlington, Tex.
Miss Weiss earned a bachelor of
arts degree in music at Yale University
and a master's degree in conducting at
Baylor University. She teaches studio
voice in Texas. Lieutenant Kuhlmann
earned a bachelor of science degree in
engineering at the United States
Military Academy at West Point. He is
employed as an engineer with the U.S.
Airny and is stationed at Fort Hood.
A February wedding is planned in
Austin, Tex.

Barbara and David Weiss of West
Bloomfield are delighted to

daughter Jennifer Lauren to Ryan
William Schneider, son of Leah and
Arthur Schndider of Williamsville,
N.Y.
Jennifer received her bachelor of
arts degree in psychology from the
University of Michigan and her juris
doctor from the University of Detroit
Mercy School of Law. She is employed
as a contract negotiator and analyst at
AT&T Systems Leasing.
Jennifer is the granddaughter of
Dorothy Lynn and Esther Weiss.
Ryan graduated from the University
of Buffalo with degrees in architecture
and planning and design and has
received his master's degrees in archi-
tecture and civil engineering from the
University of Michigan. He is
employed at the architecture firm of
Loy Associates in Ann Arbor.
Ryan is the grandson of Chana
Goldstein of Williamsville, N.Y.
A July wedding is planned at
Temple Shir Shalom.
