Mr. Rubin was an attorney who graduat- ed from Wayne State University Law School. He was a former national chairman and emeritus chairman of the First Amendment Lawyers Association. Mr. Rubin is survived by his wife of 32 years, Iris Rubin; son and daughter-in-law, Allan and Sharyl Rubin of Novi; daughter, Rebecca Rubin of Keego Harbor; mother, Betty Saulson of Boca Raton; sister, Elaine Siver. He was the dear brother of the late Steven Rubin. Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.
