He spent four years in the Army Medical Corps during World War II and attained the rank of major; he was chief medical officer at Fort Slocum, N.Y. Dr. Rogoff was a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School in 1927, a past president of the Michigan Jewish Historical Society and a member of Temple Beth El. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Jerome and Erika Rogoff of Mass.; daughter, Evelyn Madison of Farmington Hills; grand- children, Lisa Ruby, Diane and Wayne Titche, Laura Langham, Ronald Madison, Adam Rogoff, Erika Rogoff; seven great-grandchildren.
