JULIE EDGAR News Editor ark Finn is handy around the house. Outside of it, too. Not content with making scary dummies and elaborately carved pumpkins for the family's annual backyard Halloween party, Finn erected a lawn menorah out of PVC pipe. "I wired it up, I got lights on it for the candles, and I got it painted chrome so it looks like a silver meno- rah," explained Finn, who works in sales for an automotive engineering company. The menorah, which stands almost 7 feet and boasts a 5-foot span, is planted in the front yard of the Finns' Southfield home in the Cranbrook subdivision near 13 Mile and Greenfield roads. Finn's wife, Risa, said joggers and motorists routinely stop to admire it. Finn, she said, built the menorah as a tribute to Chanukah, the Festival of Lights, and as a response of sorts to the tinsel and lights that drape trees and houses this time of year. "He's talking about building a drei- del of some sort soon," she said.
