I irginia and Leo Jacobs of
West Bloomfield believe in
the old adage, "Love is what
makes the world go round."
They also believe that love is what
makes the trains go round.
Spending some time with the
Jacobs, who've been happily married
for 50 years and have three children,
it's easy to see how their mutual ado-
ration crosses over to many areas in
their lives, including their joint train-
collecting hobby.
Virginia builds the houses and
cities. Leo plays engineer. For some six
years, the two have been creating a
miniature world complete with car-
rousels, ferris wheels, haunted houses,
