Sheryl L. Toby, a partner in the Bank-
ruptcy, Reorganization and Commer-
cial Law Department of the law firm
of Honigman Miller Schwartz and
Cohn, has been selected to Crain's
Detroit Business 1997 40 Under 40
list. Toby is chairman of the debtor-
creditor section of the Detroit Metro-
politan Bar Association.

Micki Berg and Mark Brewer were
elected to three-year terms on the
governing board of Michigan Protec-
tion and Advocacy Service Inc. Berg
is director of program and services
development for the Weight Watcher
Group Inc. Brewer is chairman for
the Michigan Democratic Party.
