He celebrated his birthday the same evening he was honored at the Round Table's 50th annual broth- erhood dinner. Alex Trotman, chair- man of the board and CEO of Ford Motor Co., was also honored at the event. Both men were acknowledged for their numerous contributions to the Greater Detroit community. Sills thanked The Jewish News for his recent cover story in our JNE section. He recently appeared on "Live with Regis and Kathy Lee." After per- forming one of the songs from The Scarlet Pimpernel, he said, "I haven't been this nervous since my bar mitz- vah."
