Mr. Plotkin was an attorney specializing in tax law and a partner and manag- ing partner of Plotkin, Yolles, Siegel and Turner. Mr. Plotkin was very active with Federation and Detroit Tennis & Squash. He was a graduate of Wayne State University and Wayne State University Law School. He earned an accounting degree and was voted by his peers eight years in a row, Best Tax Lawyer in America.
