Diane and Emery Klein of West

Barbara Joy to Ira Zaltz, son of Sue
and Charles Zaltz of El Paso, Texas.
Barbara graduated from the
University of Michigan and is vice pres-
ident of Kathleen G. Charla Associates,
a magazine advertising sales firm.
Ira is a graduate of Vanderbilt
University and the University of
Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
He completed his orthopaedic resi-
dency at Massachusetts General
Hospital followed by a fellowship in
pediatric orthopaedics in Dallas. Ira
is in private practice in Chicago.
A January wedding is planned at
Congregation Shaarey Zedek.
