Sylvia Rubach, motivational leader
and trainer, will be the guest speaker
at the noon luncheon Tuesday, Nov.
18, of the Beth Elders of Temple Beth
El. Rubach will speak on the topic
"Living Is Not A Spectator Sport,"
recounting how she learned to make
life an adventure in the past and how
she continues to use her imagination
to bring excitement to her retirement.

Goodison to discuss programs and
opportunities in Israel. Special empha-
sis will be placed on Project OTZMA
(a 10-month volunteer program in
Israel). At 7:45 p.m., other Israel
opportunities will be discussed.
David Gad-Harf, executive director
of the Jewish Community Council of
Metropolitan Detroit, will lead an
interactive workshop titled "Campus
in Crisis" 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25,
130 Goodison. The workshop will
give students a chance to role play sit-
uations that may happen on campus
and to create means to build bridges
between other groups.

program for Rabin Memorial Day on
Wednesday, Nov. 13. There will be
information, presentations and dis-
plays going on all day in the Oakland
Center.
