time phone number of the sender. Please include the dare of birth, baby's name,
pareno' and sibling names and cities of residence for the baby's family and grand-
parents. Announcements received by 10 a.m. Monday wit be considered for
that Friday's paper, but space limitations may delay publication.

Bar/Bat Mitzvah photographs must be submitted with a rewritten. double-
spaced announcement on 8-1/2" x 11" paper. Please include .name, address and
