This summer, Levin was honored
for completing her term on the coun-
cil. She received an award at ORT's
1997 annual meeting in Novi.
"I would go to meetings at differ-
ent locations around the country,"
received training in public speaking
and agenda-setting. Our job was to
get spirit going, get younger people
involved," she says.
About three years ago, ORT
formed Detroit's Ko-ach Chapter for
young women. And this year, ORT
has created a special position —
chairwoman of young leadership —
