Titled "Family Ties," the program c-:— \ will feature a keynote address by best-selling author Carol Saline. Ms. Saline is an award-winning journalist and broadcaster. She is a senior edi- tor at Philadelphia Magazine, where she specializes in health, politics and investigative reporting. Her topic will be "Mothers and Daughters: The Unbreakable Bond."
