B'nai Moshe. Sean is the son of
Betsy and Larry LaFond, and the
brother of Sophie LaFond. Sean is
the grandson of Martin and Harriet
Selik, Beverly LaFond and the late
Samuel LaFond.
He is in the eighth grade at the
Roeper School and attends

Hebrew school at Congregation
B'nai Moshe. Sean enjoys reading"--'
science fiction, collecting coins
and caring for his African gray
parrot.

Zachary Goldman
Zachary Ross Goldman, son of
Barbara and David Goldman, twin
brother of Jonathan, brother of Scott
and Leah, grandson of Pearl
Gorman and Zena and Herman
Gorman, will become bar mitzvah
on Friday, Sept. 26, at Temple Kol
Ami.
Zachary is on the honor roll at
Walled Lake Middle School. He
enjoys refereeing and playing soc-
cer, basketball, street hockey, bike
riding, hip-hop dancing and trading
sports cards. Zachary's mitzvah pro-
ject included volunteering at the
West Bloomfield Nursing Home.
