MARTIN (MARTY) MITCHELL,
73, of Oak Park, died Sept. 8. Mr.
Mitchell was a retired furniture sales
representative and former staff musi-
cian for WXYZ-TV Channel 7, play-
ing saxophone and clarinet. He had
been a representative for Standard
Furniture, and Manufacturing Co. in
Bay Minette, Ala., and Hi-Lo
Industries in Cleveland, Tenn. H _ e had
been a member of the Detroit
Federation of Musicians for more than
50 years.
He is survived by his wife, Betty
Mitchell; daughters and sons-in-law,
Barbara and Larry Tracht of Oak Park,
Andrea and Howard Miller of
Arlington Heights, Ill.; grandchildren,
Lauren and Marc Miller.
Graveside services were held at the
Hebrew Memorial Park Cemetery in
Mt. Clemens. Contributions may be
made to the Kidney Foundation of
Michigan, 2350 S. Huron Parkway,
Ann Arbor, MI 48104, or to a charity
of one's choice. Arrangements by
Dorfman Funeral Direction.

HARRY MOSS, 85, of Southfield,
died Sept. 9. Mr. Moss was a salesman
of ladies' shoes. He was a member of
the Jewish War Veterans.
Mr. Moss is survived by his wife,
Marion Moss; sons and daughters-in-
law, Sidney and Sharon Moss of
Bloomfield Hills, Dr. Robert and
Cynthia Moss of Calif.; grandchil-
dren, Michele and Laurie Moss,
Adam and Hope Lutz, Sara and
Jordan Moss.
